We represent a wide range of clients, including Florida’s largest financial institutions, insurance companies, health care and pharmaceutical companies, real estate developers, construction companies, airlines, Fortune 500 and other public companies and entrepreneurs.
Our recent experience includes representation of a major pharmaceutical corporation in its acquisition of all the securities of a privately-held veterinary pharmaceutical manufacturing company from a private equity firm, management and other security holders for consideration consisting of $440 million in unregistered stock, cash and redeemed debentures. We also recently represented Spain’s third largest banking group in its $300 million purchase of a large Florida-based bank.
