Our Business Restructuring Department includes representation of large national and regional companies in Chapter 11 reorganization proceedings. We represent airlines, manufacturing and retail concerns, financial institutions and one of the nation's largest hotel management concerns. We also handled two of the largest Chapter 11 reorganizations ever administered in the Southern District of Florida.
