MIAMI OFFICE

CORPORATE ASSOCIATE: 1-6 years of securities, mergers and acquisitions and/or finance transactional experience. Bilingual preferred. Candidate must have excellent drafting and analytical skills.

REAL ESTATE ATTORNEY: 4+ years of transactional experience working with developers, contractors, sureties, insurers and lenders on various aspects of real estate development projects. The candidate must have significant experience negotiating and drafting construction agreements, professional design services agreements and other agreements related to the development of real property. The candidate must also have experience with Florida’s Mechanic’s Lien law, possess solid academic credentials, as well as sound judgment, and have the ability to think creatively.

FORT LAUDERDALE OFFICE

COMMERCIAL REAL ESTATE ATTORNEY: 3-5 years of large firm experience, with the following qualifications:

Purchase and Sale Transactions: ability to draft and negotiate purchase and sale agreements, review title and survey, conduct diligence and close transactions (office, industrial, retail, land, and similar commercial properties).
Real Estate Finance: primarily represent borrowers in construction loans, acquisition loans and refinancing.
Commercial Leasing: represent landlords and tenants in office, retail and industrial leases, including the ability to prepare and negotiate leases and related documents.
General Commercial Real Estate Matters: review or draft easements, management and brokerage agreements, etc.
