Dream in Green's 5th Anniversary CelebrationApril 1, 2011Miami Beach Description Dream in Green, a non-profit co-founded by Shareholder Carlos Canino, hosts a 5th Anniversary Celebration at The Palms in Miami Beach. Dream in Green's Anniversary Celebration "Living the Dream" on April 1 will honor, among others, The Heat Group with a Green Innovator Award for their efforts to reduce energy consumption at the American Airlines Arena. Each year Dream in Green honors individuals, government officials, and businesses for their achievement in sustainability efforts. Dream in Green's Green Schools Challenge program is active in 103 Miami Dade public and private schools. The organization has received the Miami Chamber's sustainable South Florida Award for Green Education and Outreach for two consecutive years. The fundraiser features three hours of cocktails, snacks, live music, silent auction, annual Green Innovator Awards, and much more. More Information |
