In order to operate smoothly, a company should establish leaves of absence and accommodations policies. It is vital for employers to ensure inclusion for all employees in the policies, whether they are a caretaker, have religious needs or are disabled. Not doing so may create problems for the employer. This program will cover best practices for vacation and sick leave as well as FMLA leave and domestic violence leave.
